Pontiac GTO 2004-2006 - 04 gto lock problem

So hopefully i can get some help here on this. I have a 04 gto I lock the doors an can come back later an its unlocked but if you open the doors the factory alarm goes off. My brother in law said he was sitting outside an the car randomly unlocked then about 5 min later locked back. Has anyone had this problem or know what it might be????? Thanks for any help

Check the wiring behind the glove box.
There is a sticky on it at the top of the GTO section.

yup, ive done that already, Put a rubber hose around it for caution as none of mine where rubbed through. Anything else it might be?
