Like the title says. I will be moving to Ramstein AFB around september and would like to be able to run E85 over there. I found a ton of E85 stations in germany on one website but it wasn't on a map and I have no idea where any of the citys are.

AAFES doesn't sell so yo will be on the hook to purchase E85 at Economy prices.
Here is a map webpage that will show the nearest E85 stations to kaiserslautern and Ramstein.
http://www.ineedfuel.net/

Don't know if you can read German or not, If not use the Translator button in google.

There is no E85 with in 20 KM of Ramstein according to this map.

Sorry to revive an old thread but I bought E85 off the economy and it's about 5.50 a gallon. Also E10 is garbage. That gas is lower grade than 93 so recommending that to someone to put in their E85 car is stupid. I live in Heidelberg and there is plenty of E85 here, there is also plenty by stuttgart. Also if the car isn't your daily driver going a little bit of a distance for E85 is no big deal.
