Took halos off my camaro, The seal on them have about worn off, starting to yellow as well. I have the connector that comes out of the halos (which work) but you'll have to splice the connectors into the foglights or whatnot, to get them to light up.

With a good buffing, would look great, and seal replacement would be recommended.
