LS4 Performance - motor mount replacements

Hi

I was wondering how hard is it to do the upper/lower motor mount in a weekend mechanic style garage?

I've checked a couple online stores and it appear wbody store sells them for 50 bucks for upper.

Is there any aftermarket lower ones available?
