Default Need a few opinions

I am looking at picking up a completely build zero mile 6.0 with forged rods, pistons, arp main, head, and rod cap bolts, 2 piece timing cover, melling oil pump, ported polished, milled, 2.02, 1.60 valves (853 casting), double springs, and a baby 220/220 .620 lift cam plus a few other goodies.
I have in my car a stock bottom end LQ9 with .020" milled 317 heads ls6 intake, 1 7/8 TSP headers, 232/228 cam that runs really strong......I am looking to sell the engine in my car now and getting my friends built engine to replace it, question is this: do you think its worth the swap? I will sell mine have to add about $500.00 to get his, just looking for some opinions, its a **** ton of work!

It wont be much if any of a power increase. The forged is nice if you plan N20 or something, but if you aren't planning that then its a wash IMO.
