Generation IV Internal Engine - L92 with wire throttle body

hey guys today i have new work in my car4×4 i will install L92 from Escalade 2007 with manual transmission & wire throttle body what should be
change in wiring or in engine ?
Do I will face a problem with VVT cam if i changed the throttle body to wire ?

please some help guys!

I believe...someone correct me if I am wrong, but the vvt and dod work off the tps and map sensors.
