If I let car warm up until cooling fan comes on I have no problems if I get in an don't let it warm up a code pops up an with drive by wire I ain't drivin

Your pcm can not read the signal from a wideband O2 sensor. You need to have it tuned properly to fix your issues.

The codes that have come up are P0135 P0138, the car drives great otherwise ,I have had P0176 come up but that is a different issue I would gladly like to disappear also .
What I have is a 92 RS Camaro : Spohn K member n lower control arms, hand fabricated subframe connectors - boxed in rear control arms n panhard, Tremec 5 speed, 2007 GMPP LS2 crate engine P#19156261 , GMPP acc drive, Speartech computer. Plain Jane car no Tee Tops no electic windows nocarpet on console

P0135 says the Bank 1 O2 sensor heater is not functioning correctly. P0138 says Bank 2 is running rich. The O2 sensor is over 900 mv for an extended time in closed loop or over 450 mv in DFCO. P0176 is not generally used on GM vehicles. It is a flex fuel fuel composition sensor code. None of the O2 sensor codes should have anything to do with long tube headers. While you say you have a Speartech computer, you probably have a GM computer programmed by Speartech. More information on what GM computer and what calibration was used would be helpful. And none of those codes would have any adverse effect on drive by wire.
