They didn't make formula ws6's in 2002.
That car has Trans am a rear hatch, trans am rear bumper, trans am side skirts, and a non ws6 hood.
It does have the WS6 air box, but no WS6 badge. Also, Im not sure, but those look like 16" wheels with ws6 centercaps, but it's hard to see in the pics.
The title will say "formula" and "trans am" more than likely. The reason behind this is that on 4th gens the VIN denotes that it is a V8 car, but not which trim (Formula or Trans am). The only way to tell is by the RPO codes. Every 4th gen v8 firebird I have ever seen has said something like "Pontiac Firebird Formula Trans am" on it. That part isn't abnormal at all, but many other things are.
Also, there are ws6 specific exhaust tips IIRC, but the ones on OP's car are aftermarket, so we can't tell if it's a true ws6 or not.
To the OP, to clear up some of the confusion, you may want to post up pictures of the RPO codes in the driver's side door so we can tell whats going on. Looks to be a very clean car though.

I agree with everything you said EXCEPT that the car does have WS6 wheels, and appears to have a WS6 lower air box. If this car was an original WS6, then it is missing it's badge, it's hood, and obviously has aftermarket exhaust.

Its what it came with.
The people on this site should be able to tell what it is more than I. I mean that's why I joined this site.

In correct sir it has WS6 wheels (not speedlines tho) and the lower airbox has the larger opening indicating WS6 I dont know where the hood or the emblem is and if its a real WS6 but it has some WS6 parts, he needs to show the option sticker.

Its what it came with when you bought it used right?? and when they sold it to you and told you it was an 02 formula WS6 which apparently it is not. Post up the codes in the glovebox and people can tell you what your car is. My money is that its just a Trans am with some older style non speedline wheels which it should have on it and a different airbox.
We are trying to help you understand that what you are listing it as is not correct.
