valve seat replacement Swapping some prc 650 springs on my 317 heads and was wondering what is the easiest way to pull the valve seals and stock seats?

You want to pull the valve seat? That's machine shop stuff. I'm assuming you mean something else (like valve springs?). Valve seals are fairly easy. Are the heads on the bench or still on the motor?
