This is a new GM LS3/L92 block, casting 12584724, with main caps, main bolts, and cam bearings installed.











This was a factory reject due to the final bore being eccentric in the sleeves. It may be able to be used as-is, my intention was to hog the factory bores out and do a darton wet sleeve big inch deal. I bought an assembled shortblock though, so now this has to go..

You can see in this picture how the remaining sleeve thickness in adjacent bores is different, meaning they are shifted. I haven't been able to measure it, but figure if you're sleeving a block anyway, it doesn't matter!

do you know with darton sleves if u can punch it out too a 454 lmk im interested b/c i know u can punch a ls2 out too a 427 with darton sleeves

You'll have to call darton. Ive seen odd numbers like 447.
