Default which valve springs---- i have 3 choices

I have stockers for the 5.3, then i have the Yellow springs, and i have Katech ls7 springs...
now i know this isnt the right way to determine, but squeezing the stockers by hand and the yellow springs, theres a slight diff, but these katech springs a much more stiff, they all appear to be the same height,i just dont want to mess up my zo6 cam that i just installed...

this will be for turbo application,i will get the link to katech springs and post a pic..soon

5 coils vs 6 means the katech springs will be stiffer than the yellows with the same wire diameter. They'll probably be fine for turbo.
