Default Reset P0300, nothing yet

Has anyone gotten the P0300 randomly and reset it. I've got about 700 miles since the reset. I am pretty much completely stock.
Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected just doesn't sound fun to me.
Hopefully it doesn't come back.

w/out doing a cam, I would check the wires and plugs if it comes up again. Use a multi-meter to check resistance in wires and makes sure to move the wire around to check for any breaks. Good luck.

If you have quite a few miles, your injectors could be slightly clogged as well, causing a random misfire.
