Default Fuel pump question for 427

I have a 427 motor in an ls1.
My fuel pump broke down and need a new one.
I want to go with an inline fuel pump.
I was looking at the Walbro 255. Would this be sufficient enough to support my motors and fuel injectors (non stock)?

And I heard some people were installing 2 fuel pumps- would this be necessary in my case?

Your post contains no relevant info concerning the type of car or horsepower requirements.

Chances are an external 255 would be my last choice with respect to noise & plumbing complexity.

Feel free to call if you want to discuss your options.

A single 255 is close to maxed out at 550rwhp. Above this you may want to consider a margin of safety.

Feel free to call for more info & I'll be glad to help you out.
