Carsound are the same as Magnaflow. They are made by the same company, have the same part numbers, and even come in the same boxes. The only difference is the heat shield ribbing. You can get two Magnaflow cats on ebay for $88 shipped, which is what I did. Let me know if you can't find them and I'll point you to the vendor (not a sponsor).
