Default Are -16 lines enough

I'm in the middle of building a turbo camaro and the next step is the cooling system. Basically I have the griffin radiator everybody seems to be using, the 55gph meziere electric water pump, and two 2200cfm cooling fans. The only question I have is are -16 AN lines big enough to keep it cool or do i need to go with a larger size? The motor is a iron block 408 with a garret GT88 Turbo. I'm asking because a couple people have told they would be plenty big, and a couple have told me it wouldn't be enough on a turbo street car. Thanks in advance.

I've seen people run the -16 and work, and others have to step up....

I just got my -20 for the lower and -16 for the upper.

Let me say -20 is HUGE, I may have to get my down pipes redone they are so big.
