My setup is a 1966 buick skylark 4dr. 5.3L, ls6 cam, ls1 intake, 76mm turbo, th350 and E85. I will be posting pictures as I go with it.

My parents have always lamented the loss (cracked aluminum block) of their Skylark.

Looking forward to pics.

figured I'd throw a picture of the car on here to start with. The appearance of the car will remain the same except for a set of color matched ralley wheels with chrome rings and center caps. I wanted to keep the factory wheels and hubcaps but they are only
14" wheels and that limits the tire size. I want to run a 235/50/15 drag radial on it. I am considering doing a white wall to the tires though to keep the grandpa look to the car
The trans is a reverse valve body, so I will need to modify the column shift to work with the 3 speed trans, it was a factory PG car.

Does the Skylark have the steering draglink behind the front crossmember? I just did a 5.3 swap in my '65 LeSabre, and it was a huge PITA.

Thumbs up

GOOD LUCK with the build. Love the 66/67 Buick A-Body I'm going to get serious about sticking an LY6/4L85E into a 67lark the next few months.
