Default LS2 Chain vs Adjustable

Putting together the 383 in my sig next week, what timing set should I use the LS2 set or an adjustable? Seems most on here just use the LS2 and set dot to dot but Im worried that I now have an aftermarket crank and cam that I should use an adjustable to get the most power out of the motor.

Default

example: you buy a cam that is supposed to be lets say 112 LSA +2. You install the cam strait up and degree it just to find out that the cam was cut or packaged incorrectly and it is in fact 112 -2 LSA. with an adjustable set you could easily advance the cam 4* and be back at you 112 LSA +2. with a no adjustable set your stuck with what you got. just an example, it does happen
