Default LQ4 Throttle body

Looking for a little help I have 2003 silverado 1500 hd and am having a problem with the throttle going away but not saying the reduced power I have also noticed that the trans shifts odd when this happens. The truck did fine all winter long now that it is getting warmer out its acting up again. So I found a used TB off a 2005 2500 hd with 15k and would like to try it. Does any buddy know if it will interchange.
Thanks, Bobby

I know the TB on my 2003 Silverado with a 5.3 was identical to the TB on the 2005 6.0 LQ4 I bought. In fact I sent the 2005 TB off to get ported for the 5.3 so I did not have any down time.

it has thrown a few codes of TB. I would like to know what tells the tranny to shift I assume it is the throttle position sensor. My bully dog shows throttle position changing but MAF does not change. Looks like intake temps around 90 affect it. If I bump the throttle pedal a few times it wakes up. Has me stumped.
