Default Quick Procharger Installation Question!

I am upgrading my twin intercooler from the 3.5" to 4.5"... For some reason the passenger side intercooler discharge is too close the the radiator overflow for the elbow to fit without being pinched... Any ideas?

Running into the same exact issue... the elbow is probably pinched in about 1/3rd of the way. i'm having a buddy weld a larger bracket onto the intercooler so I can slot it out more (where the mounting bolts go on the radiator support) and slide the intercooler forward about another inch.

Same thing happened here... ditched the stock overflow and went with one of the aftermarket tanks.

Which one did you go with? Any pictures?

Don't have pictures handy at the moment. Any one of these would work. I used a standard radiator cap and drilled it out so it wouldn't pressurize. My battery is moved to the back so I screwed it to the radiator support where the battery goes.

Honestly, any tank will work as long as it has a opening on the bottom for the radiator overflow/siphon hose. You could probably find something to fit with the battery in the stock location or even modify the stock overflow to not hang down so low.

Per my earlier post... if you know a welder, we just made the bracket a little larger, slid the intercooler forward, drilled two new holes and and it fits fine. Didn't need to swap anything out thankfully. Hope you find something that works for you...
