Default Question for those with relocated alternators

Did you unloom your entire engine harness to get that damn alternator plug to the other side of the engine? Started doing that this afternoon...removing wire loom, cutting off the electrical tape binding the wires inside, rinse, repeat every few inches....and before I go crazy doing it around the back side of the engine...is there a better way?

thats what I did. Took a while but there is plenty of wire in that loom to reach the passenger side. Im sure you could cut and splice if its that annoying for ya.

I just added wire to it and ran it over the head and under the TB. Looks clean and way way easier than what you're saying.
