Wideband questions?

Wideband questions? Alright so I hooked up my wideband last night and I was just wondering if the radio power was a good source? I measured it and it was pretty constant. And when I drive the afr jumps from about 14.5 to 15.2... Is that normal? also when I got the bung welded in it was at about a 5 degree angle opposed to the 15 suggested... Should I have it redone? Thanks guys
