What year f-body are you running? Our LS1s have 2 cats not 1 and 4 O2 sensors. When you removed the cat did you plug in any O2 simms? When running an off-road y-pipe(y-pipe without cats) on our LS1s we have two choices: A) use O2 simms to fool the PCM into thinking the cats are still there or B) delete the rear O2s via LS1 EDIT.

my advice, just leave the cats, they are highflow cats anyway. your not gonna suffer too bad from power loss. but if you just cant live with the things on there get 2 oxygen sensor simulators from any store that sponsers ls1tech.com for plenty under $100. then you wont have any problem with a check engine light coming on for reason beign your obd2. or somemore advice, just get some cheapo cutouts and weld them in b4 the cats so you can spare yourself the trouble you've gone though with exuast with alot less hassle.-jim
