Eastern Members - Rx7 swap in New Milford NJ?

Had to help out a buddy late tonight and noticed a black FC with a large single exhaust and drag wheels in his complex. Anyone on the forum? Curious if it had an ls swap done. Not looking to give out personal information but this was in New Milford, NJ. Asked my buddy if he knew the owner but he isn't a big car guy and never really noticed the car.
