Default MAF vs speed density for mpg?

I currently have a maf set up but I'm thinking about going to speed density. Does one offer an advantage over the other concerning mpgs? Other than mpgs, I'm leaning towards going with SD. Thanks guys

Personally I think the bad gas mileage from an SD tune is a myth. My overall mpg increased going from all stock to procharged with 60lbs injectors and a mild cam with an SD tune. I did however spend a great deal of time tuning it properly. If you are going forced induction there really isn't a question in my mind. ( I am assuming you own a 99-02 f-body) GL

IMO Maf is definitely the winner for accuracy (if tuned correctly), and ultimately fuel economy during steady throttle driving. That doesn't discredit SD for being an effective way of tuning but I surely would not expect to gain fuel mileage by switching to SD.

Gain from going to sd? No alot of time put in to driveability will. I currently get the best gas mileage now with my rear mount with #60 injectors.
Stock I typically got 16 city 28 hwy. Now I get around 17city but hwy is where it shines 31mpg.the tune is key
