LS4 Performance - DTR question

I passed a GP GXP today and noticed it had the amber lights as the daytime running lights and I looked back to make sure it didn't have the lights on and it didn't have tail lights on. So my question is how do I change them from the low beam headlights to the turn signal? I went through the DIC and didn't see an option for it so is it something the dealer has to do?

You can rewire it I guess. It wouldn't be very difficult at all since you just pop the headlight out and you have access to everything.
