LS1truck.com,will put you in touch with the links and guys with ALL the answers, nobody makes a "kit",you will have to gather all the parts yourself.
This is likely the simplest swap of them all,but it still is a lot of work and costs can quickly spiral out of control, expect to shell out a few grand on top of what your engine costs, more if you also need a rebuilt tranny...Not to be a downer, but here's a short list and rough costs to get you started:
LSx engine($500-1500)
transmission(not if-WHEN the 4L60E craps out!)($500-$5000)
Dirty Dingo mounts($75)
Headers or stock truck manifolds with reworked system($500-$1500)
fuel lines and connectors($50-200)
LS wiring harness(DIY or vendor),PCM+tune($150-$1500)
air intake/filter($50-$250)
relocate battery to left side($50)
A/C relocation brackets,compressor,recharge($250-$2000)
Misc.hardware,connectors,fluids,etc($500-$1000)
Add another $1000,just in case...
None of this includes any labour costs, add this all up and triple it to give you an idea what it will cost to have it done for you,if you can't do it all yourself,I recommend just selling your truck and buying a newer style truck that GM has already done all the hard work for you.
