LS4 Performance - stock intake, missing line?

Looking into planning an intake swap and was checking out the existing. At the throttle body end of my intake there are two ports on the back side. The larger of the two appears to be routed to the front head for recirc. The one behind it seems open and isnt connected to anything? I dont see and hoses in the area? WTF is this?????

Im an idiot right now! Im not even going to edit:
Its at the front of the intake manifold where the throttle body connects. Its directly next to the main vac line for the brake booster. Seems like a dummy? Cant feel any vac?
