I posted a thread about this in the automatic transmission section but got no answers. I think its a pcm problem anyway. I have a 98z28 auto and went from a 2.73 gear to a 3.73 last summer and ever since when manually shifting it out under WOT it won't shift from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd. Under part throttle its fine or if I leave it in overdrive its fine. Only WOT manually shifting. I programmed it for the different gear with a hypertech programmer but it still does it. Never had 1 problem before the gear install. I'm getting a tune soon anyway for some other mods, will this fix this issue?
