If you buy both I'll do $400 shipped. I also have a complete NOS LS1 plate kit minus the original 78mm plate that it came with. Has a 860 performance heated bottle tray, Nitrous Outlet Remote bottle opener, NOS purge valve, bottle, solenoids, Autometer sport comp 2 electric fuel and nitrous pressure gauges I would sell as a complete kit if someone was interested.
