I have a 2003 LQ4 from a Sierra, 117k miles. Runs perfect: no leaks, ticks, smoke, etc. 317 alum heads, all stock. Complete from intake to pan, balancer to flywheel. No a/c. I ran it for apprx 500 miles. NO ECM OR HARNESS AS I RAN THE HOLLEY EFI SYSTEM. I installed a smaller PS pump pulley and got a shorter belt to fit, and a new tensioner. All you need is you ECM system and your ready to go.
