Default Goo under side moldings

Is there a really good way to take it off fast? Where the 2 smaller pieces are, the stuff is really stuck on there. Been at it for hours with a towel, a credit card, and goo gone.

Either what Bobs99ss or WS Quick said, either one of those methods. You may have to let the Goo Gone sit for a little longer than normal for it to work. I know I had to on my fiance's car.
