Default School me on the 98 pcm swap

I won't have time to do it here in the next few months, but I'd like to see what I'd be getting into instead of going down the holley route. Can someone who has done the swap give me a link and any advice?

I know I'll need to have a 411 pcm, new license, and repin the existing harness. That's all I know. IIRC, I think there is something with the cluster that has to be done as well.

After further researching, it looks like you just have to mark all of the wires and put them in the new perspective spots and it should work minus the gas gauge. Is that right?

-Are there any tips on what to not do?
-Is there a place that you can buy the pcm with the segment swap already done for the fuel gauge?
