Default Switched to EV6 Bosch

Just did this swap...picked up a new set of the slim grey bosch injectors new for 40 bucks..They had the new style clip so i bought adapters that worked great. Sending the pcm off for a tune..Main question is, have any of you done this and if so did you notice any better power or throttle response out of the newer style injector. Reason for the swap is i had shitty accel injectors in there w/ 1k miles and 1 was sticking ;(

No real measurable performance gain to be had from changing injectors (all things being equal). Of course if one was stuck then yes you'd have some performance increase.

No doubt. I should have known better then to buy accel junk. I won't ever buy anything from them again.

Usually injectors stick because of contaminates... not because they are junk. not saying yours weren't, I'm just saying....

besides i have always thought that EV1 injectors could be pushed to a higher pressure than EV6???

People us them on LSx builds all the time so i doubt that....not that it matters anyways because they will be at 43.5 psi anyway. Accel injectors are notorious for going bad...
