Fueling & Injection - stock fuel regulator enough?

i have a 1997 chevy truck with the 5.7L. i am transplanting a 2002 lq4 6.0 into it, it will have a p1sc running 10lbs or somewhere around there, i have 60lb injectors in it and will have a single walbro 255 in the tank.

will the regulator on the lq4 fuel rail work for what i need? if not what do i need to get to make the system work?
