I have a 3600 stall Precision Industries Vigilante Torque converter for sale. It is used and in the picture you can see what the fluid looks like on the paper towel. I have had this in my car for several years and it was still working when I took it out to upgrade. Asking $400 plus shipping.

I do not know about the restall or how to tell. I upgraded to a higher stall with my new transmission.

EDIT: It has already been re-stalled before.
