Well the ticking noise ive come to realize is my smog pump check valve i guess there are 2 of them since the dealer is charging me for two. Is there a way to have a tuner turn off my smog pump and in turn it will eliminate the check valve ticking noise? i know this might be a stupid question but im not knowledgable at all when it comes to mechanical issues on a car or electrical.
