LSx64Chevelle

P0306 code came up a few times after my cam swap and before my tune. Well i did a lot of searching and followed up on a few recomendations without any sucess. But I did find a link for GM diagnostics for that code. One cause was engine rotating backwards on manual transmission vehicles. well mine is an auto but one thing i noticed was when i would let it run and die in park, it sounded like it was pushing air out the intake. Sure enough that is all it was. It would die towards the top of a compression stroke and that would push it back down before it fired causing the code.

Just thought i would share my experience.
