I have a 2003 Silverado 1500 LS Z71 Ext cab with 73,XXX miles on it. It has an LQ4 out of an 04 GMC Sierra 2500 that was in a rollover. The engine has 11,XXX miles less than the truck reading. The ECM was tuned by Justin at Blackbear Performance. Other than the LQ4 the rest of the truck is stock. I had hopes of doing more to the truck but the wife needs a new machine.
