Just set my 6.0 in my fox Mustang. Using stock mustang trans cross member and aje k member. It looks like its tilted WAY too far back. Put a protractor on the intake and it has 6 degrees of fall. I shimmed 1/2" between x member and trans mount and still have 3-4 degrees.

What is correct?

i know they say the sbc motor intakes have a 3 deg to the front,,,, make sure the car is on stands and level,,,,

The generic spec I was always told is 3-5 degrees. Mine sits around 5 and is fine. Measure the pinion angle and match it if you can.
