d1sc conversion belt prob
I have a disc transplant kit. I'm running the fbody water pump, the alternator is up high on the passenger side and I have. The ps pump down low on the driver side. The problem I'm having is that unless I use a belt that is short enough to keep the tensioner pulley at full deflection, the belt rubs on the upper water pump hose. Has anyone else had this problem? Any thoughts? Smaller tensioner pulley?
