Default Slight backfiring off idle

Hey guys I just had my lifters and pushrods replaced and my rocker arms adjusted. Sometimes when i give the car gas after idling it backfires and pops a little. It doesn't happen at higher rpms or WOT. I took a log of the car and the right side is running lean and i don't have any knock. Can an a improper valve adjustment cause this?

Yep, and get them readjusted before you burn a valve.
