A little background: I got out of the USMC less than a month ago and just finised putting in the rear and susp a couple weeks ago so this was my first "race" since I've been home. Mods in sig. Haven't had it to the track yet and it's on a street tune so no numbers yet, sorry.
So, I'm driving home from work, minding my own business when I see a Cobalt coming on the entrance ramp. I move left to give him the lane and notice the turbocharged emblem on the back, yes I slowed down and stared. So I ease past in the left lane looking for any sign that it's not stock, and find none. As I pull up even he's lookin at me like "It's on!" And I'm looking at him like "I'm tired and don't care." So I roll back into it in 6th, barely breaking 60 mph when he TAKES OFF! I immediatey drop to 4th and stop his pull instantly with my front bumper at his back tire. I start pulling back around him and once I get up over 4k rpms and my car really starts pulling it gets BAD. Let off at the top of 4th, 120-125 ish probably 2-3 bus lengths ahead. I moved into the right lane and slowed down because he looked like he was still coming but as soon as I got on the brakes he did too and then he ducked off the next exit.....oh well he wanted it, I don't feel bad. He had a girl in the car too lol
