March Fluid pulley ?
I recently got my pulley from SDPC, but it does not appear to me to be a fluid type unit. I contacted them, and they were quick to reply stating it was a fluid type, but .... Anybody have any info on how/what type of fluid is in them ? It appears to be a solid billet steel unit to me. Other than the tapped holes for the puller, I do not know how it would be a fluid type. Most I have seen have some sort of cover w/clip or bolts on it.
Any ideas ? I wanted a fluid type, but am probably more curious than anything.
Thanks,
J

Using both hands , shake the pulley in a twisting motion & stop
movement real fast. You will feel the heavy fluid move for a
split second. It's in there.
I'ts not a one piece unit. Looking at it from behind you can see
two different shades of steel. It's a two piece unit pressed
together.
