Default Help with oil pump decision

Talked to the machine shop and they're just lacking a few more parts from me and my iron 383 will be ready. The bearing clearances are pretty loose IMO, I'm leaning towards a Melling or Moroso High Volume, maybe high pressure pump? I originally was gonna just get the standard volume high pressure melling pump. Here are the bearing clearances:

Mains = 0.0028"
Rods = 0.0027"

This motor will be going in my truck with the truck oil tube/oil pan. Any thoughts or recommendations? I also need a good timing chain, wanna do a double roller for added strength, don't know if it will be compatible with a High Volume oil pump though.

Melling 296 would be my choice.
