would you run this cam bearing or replace it

from your description of your use of the motor I would run it. You could change it since its the first one but I don't know if that is ok to just change one cam bearing. I have always changed all 5 at the same time. I would think as long as you measure then you would be fine just changing one bearing. Maybe someone who is for sure will chime in

Stock bearings will usually look like that when doing a cam swap, I wouldn't hesitate to run it as long as there is no scoring.
