Replace Oil Pressure sender without removing intake?
Is there a way to replace the oil pressure sender without removing the intake. First time I swapped to 1s6 intake I had a vaccum leak, pulled and reinstalled it. Works great, except now the oil pressure sender is broken... My hands need a break.
Any ideas?
Will pulling the valve cover work? or anything similar.
Thanks,

There simply is not enough room to get at the sender without removing the intake. You'll run the risk of snapping it off in the hole with angles that would be required to get at it even if you used your local six year old neighborhood kid with small hands to reach back there.

You can put the sender in there with the intake still on. I do it all the time. I pull the sensor before taking the intake off, and put it on after I install the intake, this way there is no chance of breaking the sensor. All I use is a 3/8" ratchet, 3" extension, and the oil pressure sensor socket. The only tricky part is finding the hole with out seeing it, but you'll get use to it.
