Default Fuel pump woes

Got my car about 30 miles from home today and it shut down again. Exact same symptoms as last time (see my build thread) so it must be the same issue. Hose blew off of the fuel pump going to the y fitting in the tank (dual pumps). Replaced the clamps last time and it ran fine until now. I am running dual Walbro 255s and my gauge is reading 70-73 psi at the rail (haven't checked with a good mechanical gauge yet). Would that be why it keeps blowing hoses off? What are you guys running twin pumps using to secure fuel lines in the tank? I had those little t bolt clamps last time and they lasted about 2 hours and the worm clamps Im using now didn't do much better. Installing a FPR isn't an option until I can get the car home. Would increasing the clamps to 2 on each fitting possibly work?
