Unhappy Power windows will not go all way up, with doors closed

I have a 1978 Trans am and replaced all the weatherstripping on doors and T-Tops. Now the windows will not go all way up when doors are closed. They go up (seems slow) with doors open, but with doors closed they leave about 1/4" gap along top. I tried adjusting the windows but that did not help. Would the motors be getting weak?

Could have a bad spot in a wire that is making a good connection with the door open, but not with the door closed.
