I recently took a TIG welding class in boston. The instructor's regular job was TIG welding high end titanium bicycle frames. So if you don't find anyone you could search for a high end bicycle shop in your area, not sure if they would take it on or not.

My shop can weld titanium, but Im not going to lie to you, my costs to do it will be extraordinarily high.

Thanks for all the feedback, I have read that it's not the easiest metal to weld. I contacted PA Z06 over on CF, he uses a guy in Trenton, NJ that has done this mod on several sets of ti exhausts. I'm going to take it to him.
