Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - Window won't go all the way up

Ok, I took off my door panel because the driver side window was leaving about a 1-1/2 inch gap from the top. I noticed that three screws and nuts were missing from the panel and were laying around under the window. All 4 are intact on the passenger side and only 1 on the drivers side. Also where the screws and nuts should be it looks like they got ripped out.Any help is appreciated.
